Note 1: The specifications above apply to one tuner, a minimum of 2GHz CPU is required for 2 tuner PiP (Picture in Picture).

When using DNTV Live! with 4 tuners all recording, a minimum of 2.4GHz CPU and 7200rpm HDD is required.

Note 2: Many modern Video Cards support DXVA (DirectX Video Acceleration). This helps reducing the load on your CPU and assists in  decoding the Digital TV stream - this is especially useful for HD.

Note 3: Digital TV isn’t a fix for people who suffer from poor analogue reception - on an Analogue system the picture deteriorates to  the point where it becomes unwatchable. With Digital - it either is perfect or it doesn’t work/unwatchable. If you currently have good analogue reception you should be fine - but be prepared to upgrade your antenna system with Quad Shielded cabling and a decent antenna if you haven't done so already

Not all Digital TV Stations may be broadcasting in your area - please visit the regularly updated DBA Broadcasting website to find out: http://www.dba.org.au/index.asp?sectionID=22
