Our own DigitalNow and DNTV Live! branded products are fully licensed under the various Intellectual Property Rights Legislation/Regulations/Agreements and consequently provide our resellers peace of mind that they are not liable to pay license fees for products they sell to the end users. We require resellers to fully support their direct customers in relation to all products purchased from us, failure to do so may result in the cessation of supply. If a reseller can not resolve an issue related to our products, it is expected that the reseller e-mail our support team for assistance, not refer the customer to us without permission.
If you are unable or unwilling to do the above, please do not apply to become a DigitalNow reseller.
