Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Definitions

In this document reference to the company is a reference to Renura Enterprises Pty Ltd. Reference to customer or you, refers to the person who buys or agrees to buy goods from the company.

Acceptance of Orders

No order resulting from any written or verbal quote, pro-forma invoice, price list or any other document made or issued by the company shall be binding unless and until it is accepted by the company. The company at its absolute discretion may accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever.

Product Specifications

While we will make reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on this site, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. We rely on product information from manufacturers and assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions or deviations from the stated specifications. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the compatibility and suitability of goods for any particular purpose before ordering. The company does not guarantee compatibility with other hardware or software. The company hereby reserves the right to make, without notice, such minor modifications in specifications, designs or materials as it may deem necessary or desirable.

Payment

The company's normal terms of business are for all payments to be made in advance, either by direct deposit to a specified bank account or by credit card, unless otherwise arranged and agreed in writing.

Dispatch & Delivery

Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received. If stock is not available an estimated delivery date will be provided (normally within 2 weeks). Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to keep to any delivery date, the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated accessories such as: remote control units, IR receivers, batteries, cables, CI Modules, CAMs and other consumables have a 7days DOA warranty; customers are advised to check these accessories immediately and report any faults or failures within the seven day period if they wish to avail themselves of this warranty. 

All DigitalNow/DNTV Live! branded digital TV tuner products are covered by a 12 months return to base warranty, starting from the date of purchase. Warranty is not transferable.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Our main objective is to have happy and long lasting customers, accordingly, you are advised to check the product purchased as soon as you get, and if not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund*.

Returns

If you wish to return any item you must first contact the company who will advise on the procedure for returning the goods. The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery and in its original packaging and in undamaged conditions.

*Refunds

Amount of refund will be based on the purchase price or current selling price, in Australian Dollar currency, whichever is the lower.

Shipping, handling and other transaction costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. No refunds are available for software. A minimum amount of $20 will be deducted for CD Keys such as Arcsoft TotalMedia, PowerDVD, Power Cinema 4, etc. Customers should retain the CD keys, as once purchased can not be returned for a refund. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may also be charged on returned items which have been taken out of the box. Please email sales@digitalnow.com.au if unclear about these conditions.

Faulty Items

We will replace or repair, at our discretion, any faulty item. Testing for operability must be done with the bundled software, PC power always on and the recommended Operating Systems, failure of other parties software (or other Operating Systems) to work properly or issues related to hardware incompatibility or resumption from standby/hibernate are not considered a TV Tuner device fault.

Customers must obtain an RMA number prior to returning any faulty items, failure to do so may result in the item being sent back to the sender.

Shipping Costs

All postage, packaging, freight and insurance costs to and from the base are to be paid by the customer.

Product Misuse, Termination of Warranty

Should any equipment malfunction as a result of improper, abnormal or illegal use the warranty would be void and no further support will be provided by the company. Please note any modification to hardware, disassembling of devices, including opening of USB devices housings, hacking of software or pirating of PayTV is considered a misuse of the product and will render the warranty null and void.

Liability

Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any failure on the part of the original manufacturer to fulfil its warranty obligations or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Similarly, the company shall not be responsible for any failures on the part of software developers to fix bugs or provide any future updates.
